How one weekend can make you a Millionaire

One of my favorite times of the year!

This evening we are kicking off our second annual KeysCon event for SCALE Community members.

At this event we do an INTENSIVE 2 day deep dive that not only educates, but has attendees taking MASSIVE ACTION on improving their business.

We have a lot planned over the next few days, if you want to see what its all about follow me on instagram and I’ll be sharing stories on Friday and Saturday as the event unfolds.

For the sake of this newsletter though I wanted to shout out some of the massive changes a few of LAST YEARS KeysCon attendees have experienced just to show the power a Action Focused weekend can have:

Otto Kinn

Goal when entering KeysCon 2023:

• “Learn how to hire and train a sales team”

Update:

• His acquisition manager just closed there first deal and has two more in escrow!

(This isnt top mention the couple hundred grand in revenue Otto has produced since the last event)

Shane Shrader

Goal at KeysCon 2023

• “Build relationships and learn how to identify opportunities that help build my business to leave my W2”

Update:

• Quit is W2 and is now full time into running his off-market real estate business

Kyle Nelson

Goal for KeysCon 2023

• “Network, establish goals, figure out how to just get started”

Update:

• Running around with his hair on fire because he has so many leads. Several flips and wholesale deals done and plenty in the pipeline. Has bought 13 units for his portfolio

Theres are just a few, but of the 15 attendees to the 2023 event, MOST of them have similar results and growth!

You become the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with!

Spend time with the BEST people in places that FORCE you to improve.
